I am way too fat for the heat. And I have hyper-hidrosis (fancy term for “sweats a lot”) so that’s embarrassing and such. Summer is not my favorite.

Thinking of the heat makes me sweat. But I do love to be outside

I ran my first 10km race today, it was about 80f but that was too damn hot.

The Weather Channel has Bonnaroo on Saturday pegged at 100 degrees. The smell of the hippies is going to destroy whatever sense of smell I have left. On the bright side, this will be the first year with permanent toilets. Definitely a plus.

They said, “It’s Seattle- no one has A/C because you don’t need A/C - even in the summer.” They were wrong - thank goodness for R2D2 A/Cs.

I didn’t think it even got that hot in the PNW. It’s officially 89 right now, but well, humidity and such.

Kinja'd!!!

FWIW 55% humidity isn't all that high here.

Funny how you get used to the weather where you live. I keep my house at 78-80 in the summer just to afford the electric bill. But that feels nice when you get used to 100 and humid every day.
